The creditor has a claim say for .8 million (edgewater) which he knows on the 29th becomes a judgment and he can start selling cbays california assets off to collect when the judgment becomes final in 30 days! No chance in hell. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. The lawyers will tell him to move forward with the judgment and to go buy the 3 million shares in the open market. No brainer.
