Sermo (and I am a member) is anonymous as a forum, but you cannot post or become a member without having your medical license and credentials substantiated.

Is "substantiated" by Sermo good enough? Do we know who at Sermo is doing the "substantiating"? Are they qualified...and their own record beyond reproach? I think these issues will dog them, and it's what makes the whole thing seem a bit smarmy, for lack of a better word.
