Shinoki, that is a pretty good summary. It's good to see someone has been reading up on past news and posts. If roger loses his company that is some consolation; if he ends up doing several years in jail while litigants slowly drain all his hidden assets, that will be fantastic! I would certainly be available to testify against him in any court proceedings. If I visited him in jail, do think I would get flagged for "taunting?"
