If your referring to the 9/24 increase to 6bil, some posters called in and found out that it was Pawson that did it. The TA didn't except the increase, so we are told.
The fun begins around 4/13/07 with NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION... they become a stinky pinky.
4/25 Pawsons "resigns" do to health reasons. Mercer takes over.
4/27 the A/S was decreased from 225mil to 200mil.
5/17 Cal-bay announces new management.
5/18 Mercer steps down, and Paswon resumes control.
5/31 the A/S is increased from 500mil to 2bil. Oddly enough that there is no mention the increase from 200mil to 500mil.
7/19 the A/S is increased from 2bil to 3 bil.
8/9 the A/S is increased from 3bil to 4 bil.
9/5 All hell breaks loose with Rizvi stepping on the scene. :)
Even tho Pawson resigned he still filed the forms after doing so. I have a sneaky feeling that Paswon's health problems was a wealth problem. Maybe he set up an account some where (tax haven?) to dump those shares he just created via the A/S increase. It's believed that Pawson tried to increase the A/S to 6bil so that he could regain control of the company. It's my opinion that he was simply trying to get another 2 billion shares to dump as a last ditch effort to make some cash. Either way, at least the TA refused him.
Keymaster, I can see your point of view of how Pawson was being deceptive. Hopefully he'll get his comeupance.
