I warned 'em. But also said/thought that if Phan's PR machine was bogus....... He'd be spending time in prison.

I was pretty new to the stock market and had no idea false and misleading press releases were common practice with penny stocks...... With little to no consequences for a company and/or a CEO's actions.

I look at all OTCBB press releases as false until proven otherwise now. lol!
