Only problem with your post is
They are all Speculations,and I'm glad with your IMO at the end of each post on any board!!LOL

Now, can you please provide a Link that they have
1.No Profits
2.No Contracts
3.AF's will never show up..
4.OSC said they are GUILTY,100% guilty!!
