Only problems with your post are:
1. OSC is not going to drop their allegations and in fact this is getting worse not better as people like Steve come forward and testify/get interviewed and criminal proceedings commence;
2. Audited financials have never appeared and if they did would prove out many lies by management in the past;
3. There have been no contracts completed (even Steve admitted this);
4. No profits ... no dividend.
5. Two companies under investigation (Kore and Sulja) merging. LOL
6. Float is not small.

Sounds strange to me that PV would tell the ASC that he has no business relationhip with Sulja but tells the OSC that he has 280 million shares via Kore.
There is a disconnect there somewhere.

Nothing messes up your story like a few facts.
