As to no profits ... If they had the amazing profits they had previously disclosed .... why did Calgarys inventory get seized, why is Sam's in Receivership ... hmmm ... obviously cash flow problems.

No contracts .... Steve admitted that no ME deals were ever closed. Again ... why the cash flow problems if contracts are in place?? Hmmmm

AF's will not show up. No ... they won't. They have used multiple excuses for two years now not to release audited financials even though a number of AF's have been done. The first set was done and given to their lawyer in New York in May/06.
The second set was done and PV decided not to release them in Nov/06.
Third set ... apparently the EXCUSE now is that the RCMP has too many essential documents.

OSC says they are guilty. I never said that. I did say that the OSC investigation is intensifying and that criminal investigations are also being investigated.

1 No revenue = no profits
Its quite simple they have closed almost all operation and carry a very small line of products now.

2 Regulatory actions, receivership, power struggles, staff mostly gone = no contracts, no one would touch the company with aten foot pole that is just common sense

3 AFs ROFL the one that have been promised for ~2 years now, funny stuff

4 LOL read the info released so far Petar has already admitted
and the nominee accounts are about as damning as it gets.
