Hmmmm? We know a week in Hartcourtland ='s a month or two...... I'm wondering if the actual business license was issued in fiscal year 2006? There may not be 2 weeks of Princely income showing up on the 10K.

"it will issue a new business license to reflect the ownership and name change of the Hartcourt Princely by next week."

Just as well, without it, it would simplify the upcoming 10K so they can get it out on time.
