They are probably waiting for Peter to complete his series 3 so they can become a broker/dealer and really ramp up the division. Right now they share 50/50 with Advanced Markets. They may be positioning themselves to be on their own. That may be why the company is dragging their feet with that division. Just a guess and all IMO.
