MBR Acording to the PR That co will own no pecent of HRCT We will own 100 percent of the new co,, The present owners is getting HRCT stock for their co, There may be 1 or 2 or a group and they will own more HRCT stock than all others combined. My little quarter mil shares wont mean much. In other words HRCT will have it all and all they will have is a bunch or HRCT stock. Thats the way I see it. I may be wrong.
