"What I don't know, other than if that record date will even be used, or is that date going to be the "declaration date", is how many Ibiz, Inc in total will be issued?"

According to the 10-QSB filed on 9/15/03, there were 529,222,965 shares issued and O/S, so I would think at least 1 million shares is what IBIZ Inc had been issued on 9/25.

For anyone in the know, am I right in my assumption that anyone who had shares in IBZT on or before 9/25/03 should have already been issued their shares for IBIZ Inc in accordance with the 1 for 500 conversion rule? And for those of you that acquired IBZT after 9/25, you do not get any shares of IBIZ Inc (anyone know the stock symbol yet?).

Is this correct?
