Relevance of the o/s is the number of shares of IBIZ, Inc that will be issued, before the 11 million to Endeavour.

Remember it's 1 for every 500 IBZT everyone owns, including directors, officers, affiliates etc held "as of that date" ie meaning Sept 25/03. AFTER the spin off is complete they issue the 11,200,000 shares of Ibiz, Inc to Endeavour.

What I don't know, other than if that record date will even be used, or is that date going to be the "declaration date", is how many Ibiz, Inc in total will be issued?

Yes there already is a "new co" set up with a total of 1000 shares outstanding 100% which are owned by IBIZ TECHNOLOGY CORP.
