You're joking me right...This is not a merger, it's a 'teaming' agreement. Aka your engineers talk to my engineers end of story. There is nothing financially binding on Elbit so why in the world would they be going over GTEM's financials at this point in time?

Stop insinuating that by signing this agreement Elbit has signed off on GTEM's financials as being in shape.
