Bingo! A powerhouse company with experience in building unmanned aerial vehicles wants to team up with Sanswire. Despite a certain ex-employee's claims here, it's obvious, based upon this news and the invitation to demonstrate airship capabilities at TW 2008 - and I now believe that it will be Elbit technologies included on the Sanswire airship(s) during those trials, if not others as well - development of SanswireII and SkySat are progressing.

And, you can bet Elbit went over GTEM's technology AND financials very thoroughly before entering into this agreement, which bodes well for filing of the financials and a resolution of the SEC investigation, in short order, IMO.
