No doubt, it's giving me a headache, and I was going to give it a whirl, but got bogged down with questions.

1. What was the o/s on Sept 25/03?

2. What was fully diluted on Sept 25/03

3. Then I think, is Sept 25/03 date even going to enter into the picture once x date and payment date, are pegged after the SEC makes said 10SB4G effective?

4. What exactly are the "input device license agreements currently owned by Endeavour;?

5. Then I read that that IBIZ, after the spin off, will "introduce ....to the market the virtual laser light keyboard..." BUT IBZT has already done that and is taking orders now.

6. Then I think...okay gotta read the IBZT amended filings.....then I think...screw this, it's too damn complicated and is starting to remind me of IFTA...

So after all that b.s. my answer to the question is that this whole mess, will probably benefit Ken or why else would it be even contemplated?
