I am so having a hard time with this spin off thing. The way I read it,Endeavour will be the parent to the new IBIZ AG ,nothing to do with IBZT TECH.To me this is clear in the reference to "It's wholly owned subsidiary", and ""This will be accomplished by the issuance by IBIZ of 11,200,000 shares of common stock to the PARENT of IBIZ AG, Endeavour Capital AG, in exchange of 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of this company.There's more but this is where I'm not seeing how IBZT,will benefit from this spin-off.Help from any ?I tyia
