there are many reasons why people repeat themselves, but that has nothing to do with the subject or validity or the facts within. I would much more have someone repeat themselves, hoping to increase the awareness and audience ,then have someone make subtle changes that deviate from the truth or continue to take things out of context for enhancement purpose. get it.
