I found it odd as well. I don't beat around the bush when I ask questions...she would not tell me anything other than I would have to contact the company...or the attorney. I asked why she couldn't tell me as I was an investor, and prudent DD requires knowing the ENTIRE share structure...she just said call the company or the attorney. Actually I mentioned I knew the A/S and told her, and she confirmed it was correct.
