No, that isn't right. All shares in the O/S are issued and accounted for by TA. They may not know the new restricteds yet, though.

Why would she quote you the A/S? That's odd.

Did you ask her point blank if the company had gagged them?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
