Sure, Chas. First Reg SHO was supposed to make every stinky Pinky out there run like Secretariat. Then it was the initiation of monthy short interest reports for OTCBB and Pink stocks.

Nothing happened. What makes you think anything will now, just because short interest will be reported twice a month?
