IMO, some of the companies listed may be pursuing action against Select American in U.S. Courts(BHUB?), or through SEC (LSMJ?), and that may be reason for not showing up. IMO.

That's probably correct as the OSC has no bite besides in Ontario. I would think getting the US or state regulators or courts involved would have more "bite" against Select American.
