IMO, that is the most likely reason why some of the company representatives didn't show up at the OSC hearing.

What will OSC do on June 25, 07, if nobody but the parties that showed up today show up again? Another consent request to extend the Temporary Order.

No way; particularly for PMCL, I would think they woud have preferred to have this matter dealt with today and move on.

IMO, unlike other companies in the OSC order, PMCL has a 800 lb gorilla (the OSC allegation on Kron), on their back and I don't think they are interested in carrying that around, as they have better things to do, like, running a business...

4. Select American, acting as the transfer agent to these companies, may have issued false share certificates for trading in securities of these issuers in the over-the-counter securities market via the Pink Sheets;

this will still be a big problem, ala BHUB. All the huge volume days by that particular MM who was feeding stock by the millions every day (I forget which one) were not short sold in the normal sense.

If even just the longs on this board total up their holdings, they may hold more than the claimed float of 12,000,000. Then there are all those who dont post here but own stock also. How will that problem be dealt with? BHUB had something like 1.5 BILLION illegal shares out there. Not shorts that needed to be covered by an MM .
