Been there, karen fienstein or something like that is the one on the filing, called, her, 1 because in the filing it identifies watchovia as the parent holding company, 2 to see if she knwo how to get a hold of the controling entity. I was told that was a filing to identify that they no longer have that postion and that they were just a broker for those shares, they didn't actually belong to wachovia! It seemed it was relativly small postition like 160k or something, not millions!
