The last SEC filing was by Wachovia Bank. They are HUGE. Maybe this is the next direction we have to pursue! If they hold a controlling interest.....who knows what the possibilities are! I do not believe they would risk problems with the SEC, Interstate Banking Commission,federal regulators, etc.!
