Read the Forms. The 13G was for the event period of January 31, 2007 the amendment 13G/A came as a result of selling shares between the period January 31 and the 13G/A period ending February 28. THEY SOLD SHARES. There were no further filings because they fell below the 5% threshold. Not hard to follow that MM positions will change since they buy and sell daily.
