Excellent. They sold shares - that fits my thought too. They sold their ownership percentage in TELA from 17.03% down to 7.8%.

Now, do you also agree that as of February 27, NITE had good reason to believe it held 7.8% of TELA per the compliance officer's signature on that 13G/A?
