Thanks Curber. But I am not concerned with % of NITE's ownership (just yet). I am talking about the difference in the physical number of shares claimed on the 13G and the Ammended 13G.

138,853 vs. 63,467

My question was:

What happened? How did Knight get the share count wrong?




Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
