Here's another post from redlepper, he locates all the 15g filings, he has started several board that are RM candidates. I keep a eye on what he finds and buy if I think the potential is strong.

it was revived in the SOS registry of Minnesota relatively recently and is in SEC compliance of non-filing corporations with the form 15-12G. a Q season play with a some substance to boot!
