TELA will be doing a 100 for 1 forward split. We will get one share of TELA (post forward split) for each share of BHUB we now hold.

Example:

TELA at 0.35 now...... post 100:1 f/s = .0035, but 100 times more shares, so the market cap is the same.....

We now get one of these .0035 shares for each share of BHUB we now own. The pps of TELA may be much higher at the time we get those shares. we will see.
