Art, I have a question or 2.

If this deal was consumated Monday for example at today's closing price of .35, we get 500,000 shares @ .35/100? That is $1750. If BHUB trades again and I don't sell before the merger, what do I get if I sell it down the road as TELA and the price is for example 1.00 per share. If I sell my shares then, would I bank $500,000 or $1750.

I am just learning this thing they call Wall Street so thanks for the answers from you Art or anyone.
