I-Man, good research my friend however, what you have proven is simply that Dell is smart enough to take credit cards via the internet. I certainly never doubted that Dell or anybody else online would try to sell something. If you want to pursue this, then let's get pertinent and look up the percent of Chinese that have credit cards to even avail themselves of online purchases. That's all. The percent we just got was 2-3%... why would Big Mikey Dell stick to his model (exclusively) waiting for Chinese credit card market penetration? As I said earlier... this is just food for thought to me, I don't think it makes even 1% difference to HRCT whether it happens or not.
