While I'm sure it's fun for some of the board members to speculate about the political structure of the sector and the business elements and companies involved regarding IDCC, and it's previous failings in this regard, I'm not so sure it would be quite accurate to think of this company as the center of any of their concerns.

Again while I understand the fun I also think is clearly unwise to get caught up in the board hype. IDCC is not in the main stream but clearly on the outside looking in, and has been for decades, there recent purpose after the disasters of the 90's is in hoping to latch on to as many as possible with their parasitical I/P approach. This is not a controlling company by any means but more of a 98 pound weakling that has already been beaten badly several times, this is without question, still surviving with the help of a few legal avenues and arbitration's, may finally be allowed to survive long-term or possibly be worthy of a less than earthshaking buyout.

At least there is not the talk of billions and billions or hundreds of dollars per share any longer.

It is a good company to make money off of, as long as one does get caught up in the hype.

IMO
