So, we don't know where all the shares came from... true.

But answer me this... did the company promise not to increase the OS beyond 500mm? Yes or no?

Was the company also touting the fact that there was a large restricted share lot (of the 500mm OS)? Yes or no?

Did the OS increase to 700+mm (or 600+mm, I forget)?? Yes or no?

Did the float turn out to be the SAME as the OS which went up by a large %?? Yes or no?

So, what do you deduce from that? That nominees, insiders, et al, dumped at least a hundred million shares??? Yes or no?
