I remember that stock Knight filed on, just can't remember the symbol offhand.

But then, most mornings I have to look at my account to see what symbols I still own.

I don't think QKBY has screwed up at all. I think their filings are quite clear. In this case, it's some people reading the filings that aren't getting it right.
