The fact that a commercial lender made a $7 Million loan to NWBO on May 12, 2026 without a convertibility feature does give me some comfort.



Not expressly naming a convertible option does not discount the possibility (reality) that the loan will be converted and paid in shares.

This is how NWBO has structured every single one of their loans, in order to publicize it as 'non-dilutive'. But they end up paying them all in shares.
