I want to believe that no CHM Letter has been issued to NWBO. An MHRA approval will happen as long as there is no CHM Letter in existence. I have been surprised that there is no explicit authority that says NWBO must promptly disclose the existence of a CHM Letter in a Form 8-K. I think the general rule of disclosing material information clearly applies here because a CHM Letter would be market moving information.

I don't trust Linda Powers. I do trust disinterested third parties and I am inclined to believe George Zavoico. The fact that a commercial lender made a $7 Million loan to NWBO on May 12, 2026 without a convertibility feature does give me some comfort.

The purpose of this message board is to share information with each other. This includes sharing negative information and being able to discuss negative inferences from the information we have. Please give the accusations of some secret motive a rest and just react unemotionally to the sharing of information with each other.
