Not sure if this matters to anyone because it comes down to semantics, but since the full versus conditional approval conversation seems to be stirring up, here is something GZ told me the last time we spoke. There is a difference between conditional approval and approval with conditions. Conditional approval is something you have to apply for which we did not. We applied for full approval. Now there is a chance that we get full approval with conditions which is different than conditional approval. Anyway. Have a good weekend.
