Understood.  But ‘what’ subscription services?  What PPV?  We don’t know.  
The boxing PPV was novice at best.  We don’t know if any of that is incorporated yet ( the revenue generating portion).  For all we know this can be free and open and they will review on advertisements near term.  
FIFA and a lot of the entertainment annd concerts are free currently in many towns. So, not sure of what subscriptions are currently present, employed or even able to be monetized yet.  
I’m just saying we don’t know and their initial request of 35 million then 50 million was for development AND deployment (scaling etc)
Of course the money will be used to scale. I said this also a long time ago that they need to expand storage, arrange their throughput to content etc.  Don’t know what features are ther just yet.  Maybe I can ask this way.  Is the app as it stands right now and what we see, ready for deployment ?  Does it have the features they are marketing ?  I’d say no.  
Sorry. Not trying to be a doink.   NTL, whatever comes out will be huge especially with the venues that are coming online.
