It also sounded clear to me that Cavanagh admitted that he chose to hear the case (likely along with the 3 liberals) and then conceded to the excellent Amarin lawyer that he did not intend to find for Hikma. That he intended to remand back down to lower court. Hikma lawyer was ineffective in countering strong Amarin points at the end and clear to all that case should proceed.
