The one positive thing is that May 11 is just 5 weeks away......not months away. Hopefully, we'll have a final resolution on 5/11 instead of continued delays.

I am NOT impressed with the receiver. The whole idea of setting up a receivership is supposedly to protect the shareholders. In this case, the receivership is most definitely not protecting the shareholders. It's all about him, not the shareholders. This case seems to be a blatant example of what a receivership should not be doing.
