In the latest filing in the receivership case, Cyberlux's lawyer let the Judge know that in the interpleader case, "No settlement was reached and none is anticipated by Defendants at this time" The motion to determine the receiver's fees and terminate the receivership is still scheduled for May 11. This is fairly disappointing news to me as I was hopeful to see some closure to this ongoing litigation.
