Your "common effing sense!" is based on thin air and nothing else. As you pointed out there is no evidence that NWBO ever discussed filing with the FDA.
When a company spends 15 years running a P3 they claim to be a success, I would think discussing it with the FDA is kind of obvious, common sense.
But who knows, as many here believe in this LSE nonsense, maybe they think the UK and Uganda are where the money is to be made in biotech.
