Your "common effing sense!" is based on thin air and nothing else. As you pointed out there is no evidence that NWBO ever discussed filing with the FDA.

For most people that would be the end of the story.

The many reasons that NWBO would not want to file with the FDA so far have been laid out and apparently some people are blue in the face ignoring them.

The only obvious fact is that you are willing to jump to any conclusion that fits with your anti NWBO agenda.
