Cohibas, can you help me better understand this statement on the chip production process and then coating in Denver (below)

Then they coat and protect it in Denver

What is this "coat and protect it in Denver" actually mean? Is this some additional coating beyond the ALD of the sprayed/poled polymer that goes into the PIC at the Foundry. Appreciate any color on this, and also if this "coat and protect" would eventually all be done at the Foundry ones there are deals/commercial production? If this is part of the polymer coat/poling and then ALD sealing, this would all need to be completed at the Foundry.
