Once I seen the $20 million ampx is paying to get out of the lease instead of kicking the can down the road and pay $300k for another year of rent. I realize you don't spend 20 million without a plan to make batteries else where.

I had grok look up the Stock Series for Nanotech Energy they were hugh. I figure with those hugh stock series Nanotech Energy stock holders would want to do an ipo instead of merging with ampx, to get that big pop from an ipo. After that I think a merger would make sense. My opinion of course.
