To conflate them to 1:100,000 is not even for pre-schoolers. That would assume, two years later , on the OTC market, the Exact same shareholders existed . A fallacious, inaccurate statement. What is noteworthy is DBMM chose to never use Convertible Debentures for financing purposes as OTC conversions are deadly and intended to be by short sellers and bad actors.
