You're an idiot for arguing this point. It's not Mangagment Expenses it's Adminstrative Expenses. That's the US equivalent of Operating Expenses. Guess where bad debt goes under GAAP? Operating Expenses!  Look up FRS Section 102. FRS is the UK's equivalent of GAAP. Admin expenses it exactly where a debt impairement should be.  You're exposing how absolutely clueless you are about accounting.  This should be exhibit A for anyone who believes Ex's spin on anything NWBO related.
