Thanks for posting your letter. To clarify a couple points you raised…

We’re not being asked to “vote on additional dilution” because there’s another step that would follow before any dilution could result from an authorized share pool.

There have been progress & status updates. As of Dec 2025, we have confirmation that the MAA review has not concluded & a NICE appraisal is still pending. Beyond that, there’s not much additional meaningful info they could reasonably provide in advance of the RA’s decision.
