Dear Management,
The MAA was submitted on December 20, 2023, which makes it 2 years and 4 days as of today, December 24, 2025. We had hoped to receive an update by last Christmas, but another year has passed and Christmas 2025 is now here.
As a shareholder, I respectfully expect a PR today or by Friday regarding the current status of the application, especially given that shareholders are being asked to vote on additional dilution. At present, we are relying largely on second-hand information from an office employee, and there is no clarity on how accurate that information is.
Aside from the Advent purchase, there has been very little communication from the company. I strongly urge management to provide an official update as soon as possible.
